The ME-41 and ME-42 are Fineair's flagship oil-mist eliminators, engineered for CNC machining, grinding and EDM operations where aerosol coolant is generated. A sequenced six-stage filtration path — pre-separator, hydro filter, aluminium mesh, OC-1, OC-2 and a H13 HEPA final — delivers clinically clean air back to the shop floor while reclaiming usable fluid.

Pre Separator
Heavy droplets and debris drop out through directional baffles before entering the fine stages.
Hydro Filter
Micro-mist droplets coalesce on hydrophilic media and drain back as captured fluid.
Aluminium Mesh
Layered aluminium mesh arrests residual mist and larger particulates.
OC-1 Filter
Deep-loading synthetic media targets fine oil aerosols and smoke.
OC-2 Filter
High-efficiency polishing stage brings particulate below H13 threshold.
HEPA Filter
True HEPA final stage releases clinically clean air back to the workspace.
